1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the free analysis form, you provide your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, website or profile link, target area, main keyword, timing, and any notes you choose to add. If you email or call us, we hold whatever you send.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. We do not build a profile of your browsing.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive your IP address when a page loads. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted instead; tell us and we'll do it.
3. Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We have never done so and have no plans to.
We share data only with the providers that make the service work:
- Our website host — serves the site and keeps server logs.
- Our form provider — receives form submissions and passes them to us by email.
- Our email provider — stores our correspondence with you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
4. How we use it

- To answer your questions and provide the services you've engaged us for
- To send invoices and administer your account
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not add you to a marketing list because you requested an analysis. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and up to 7 years afterwards, as tax and business records require.
- Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider, typically 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your information, where we're not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Email leonardole@ameriadsolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK/EU GDPR. We will honour valid requests under any applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
7. Client account access
Where you engage us, you grant us access to accounts you control — typically your Google Business Profile and website. In that context:
- We ask for the minimum level of access needed to do the work.
- Access is granted through the platform's own permission system, so you can see and revoke it at any time.
- We do not ask for, want, or store your passwords.
- We remove our access when the engagement ends.
- Data we can see inside your accounts — including your customers' information — is used only to perform the work, and never for any other purpose.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We use multi-factor authentication on the accounts that hold client data, and we limit who can access it — currently, that is one person.
No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee that transmission over the internet is risk-free. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you promptly and explain what happened.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our tools or obligations change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we'll email you rather than rely on you noticing.

Short version. We collect what you type into the form and nothing else. No analytics, no trackers, no cookies. We don't sell your data, we don't add you to a mailing list, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
