Two Things Decide Whether Local Customers Find You

Where you sit in the Map Pack, and whether anyone trusts what they see when they get there. Everything else is a distraction.

Local SEO only — no ad spend required Silver Spring, MD No lock-in contracts

The advantage

Why the Map Pack is worth the work

When someone searches for a local service, Google puts three businesses in a box above the regular results. Most people pick one of those three. That box is the entire game for a local business.

01

Visibility

The Map Pack sits above the organic links and takes the majority of local clicks. If you're on page two, you're not competing on price or quality — you're simply not in the conversation.

02

No ad spend

Unlike Google Ads or Meta Ads, you're not paying per click. There's no daily budget to keep topping up, and your visibility doesn't disappear the day you pause.

03

It compounds

Rankings, reviews and citations build on each other. Ads reset to zero when you stop. Local SEO keeps returning value from work done months ago — provided someone maintains it.

What gets measured

The numbers you'll see every month

No vanity dashboards. These are the four figures that tell you whether the money is working — reported in plain English, every month.

Average map rank

Where you actually appear for your main keywords, measured across your service area — not from one lucky postcode.

Share of local search

How much of the visible local demand you're capturing versus the competitors sitting next to you.

Calls, clicks & directions

The actions people take on your profile. Pulled straight from Google, not estimated.

Review volume & rating

New reviews per month and where your rating sits — the strongest signal for both ranking and conversion.

We record your starting numbers before any work begins, so every later report is measured against a real baseline.

How does it work?

It's pretty simple

1

Strategy call

A free call to look at your market and current rankings. If your area is too competitive to win in 90 days, I'll tell you on that call rather than take your money.

2

Onboarding

You get written instructions for granting secure access to your Google Business Profile and website. Takes about 30 minutes of your time, once.

3

Execution

Profile rebuild, citation cleanup, review system, posts and location content — worked in the order that moves rankings fastest. You're told before anything significant changes.

4

Measure and repeat

Monthly reporting against your baseline. What's working gets more effort, what isn't gets dropped. You see the reasoning, not just the numbers.

Pricing

One price. Cancel whenever you like.

$1,500 / month

Billed monthly in advance. No setup fee, no minimum term, no long-term lock-in — cancel any time and you simply aren't billed again.

The guarantee

Top 3 in the Map Pack within 90 days — or I keep working at no charge until you're there.

Applies to your main keyword in your agreed target area, from the date I receive access. I only take on businesses I believe I can rank, so we'll establish that on the call before either of us commits.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between local SEO and Google Ads?

Ads buy you a position for as long as you keep paying. The moment the budget stops, so does the visibility, and every click costs you money whether it converts or not.

Local SEO earns the position instead. It takes longer to arrive, but it doesn't switch off, and the work compounds. Ads are rented visibility; SEO is owned. Both are legitimate — they just behave differently, and right now I only do the second one.

Which businesses do you work with?

Local service businesses with a defined service area — trades, home services, clinics, professional services, anyone whose customers search with local intent.

I don't take on businesses in markets I don't think I can win, and I don't work with two competing businesses in the same area at the same time. If you sign on, I'm not also working for the company down the road.

How much of my time will this take?

Around 30 minutes for onboarding, where I get access to your Google Business Profile and website and ask a few questions about your services and service area.

After that, very little. I'll check in before anything significant changes and send a monthly report. You don't need to learn anything technical.

What are the contract terms?

$1,500 per month, billed in advance. No minimum term and no lock-in — cancel any time and you won't be billed again. There's no setup fee and no hidden costs.

If you cancel, you keep everything: the profile, the content, the citations, the reviews. It's your business asset, not something I hold hostage.

How does the 90-day guarantee actually work?

If you're not in the top 3 of the Map Pack for your main keyword in your agreed target area within 90 days of me getting access, I keep working at no further charge until you are.

To be straightforward about it: I'm guaranteeing my labour, not a refund. Rankings depend partly on things neither of us controls — competitor behaviour, Google updates, review velocity. What I can promise is that I don't stop and I don't keep billing you while the goal is unmet. That's also why I'll only take the work on if I think your market is winnable.

How long until I see movement?

Profile fixes can show up within a couple of weeks. Citations and reviews take longer to register, and competitive markets take longer than quiet ones.

Anyone giving you a precise date is guessing. What I'll give you is a baseline before we start and a monthly report showing exactly what moved.
