I'm Leonard Le, founder of AmeriAd Solutions, and here's my claim: I'm the most hardworking SEO expert in Northern Kentucky.
If you got here by searching that phrase, you've already watched me do my job. Getting a page in front of the right search is what I do for local businesses. This one I did for myself.
How this started
A while back I saw an SEO consultant in Amsterdam rank his own site for "hardest working SEO expert in Amsterdam." Half joke, half demonstration: if you doubted he could get a business found, you could just search the phrase and see.
I wanted a Northern Kentucky version because that's where my first client is. Venus Spa Nail Salon sits on Mall Road in Florence, and what happened to their rankings is the best proof I have.
What it takes to rank for anything
The method doesn't change much from one phrase to the next:
- One page for one phrase, instead of a paragraph bolted onto the homepage.
- The phrase goes in the title tag, the main heading, the URL and the meta description.
- The page carries real proof, not filler, and the photo is named after the phrase.
- A few lines of structured data tell Google who the page is about, what he does and where.
What changes is the competition. Nobody else wants the phrase on this page, so it's an easy win. A salon going after "nail salon in Florence KY" is up against every other salon in Boone County, and Google weighs reviews, distance and how complete each profile is. That's the real work.
Why "most hardworking"
"Best" is a word anyone can put on a website, and there's no way to check it. Hard work leaves a paper trail.
16th to 2nd in 33 days. On August 24, 2026, Venus Spa ranked 16th among the nail salons competing for "nail salon near me." By September 26 they were 2nd, and their average position across the whole scan grid dropped from 15.57 to 5.28. Over 30 days their site got 230 clicks and 9,410 impressions from Google Search. Search "nail salon in Florence KY" and check the map yourself, or visit Venus Spa's website.
Tedious work, done properly. There was no secret trick. I finished their half-built Google Business Profile, tracked down every directory listing where their name, address or phone didn't match and fixed them one at a time, set up a simple way to ask happy customers for reviews, and went after the searches people in Florence really use.
No hand-offs. You won't get passed to an account manager. I do the audit, the fixes and the monthly report myself.
Honest numbers. Before and after scans use the same keyword and tool, with the dates visible. I also won't tell you every click turned into a customer, because nobody can measure that honestly.
