What the audit checks
Google ranks local businesses on relevance, distance and prominence. The audit looks at the public parts of your profile that feed those three.
Where you show when someone searches your main category around your own address — and who's above you.
Your review count, rating and how recently customers reviewed you — measured against the businesses actually beating you.
Photos, hours, phone, website, open status, and whether your website's phone number matches your profile.
Questions
Yes. You see your score and every check without giving us anything. The email form is only there if you want the competitor comparison and a recorded walkthrough.
No. The audit only uses information that's already public on your Google profile. Never give anyone your Google password — not us, not any agency.
We search Google's data for your main category (for example "Plumber") centred on your business address, and see where you land. Real customers search from different spots, so your position will shift across your service area — the recorded walkthrough looks at that in more detail.
Google doesn't make those available to automated tools, and we'd rather not guess. They're covered in the recorded walkthrough, where I look at your profile by hand.
Try adding your city or street. If it still doesn't appear, your profile may be unverified, suspended, or set as a service-area business with a hidden address — request a manual analysis and I'll look into it.
