The same three fixes, in the order that moves rankings fastest:
- Your Google Business Profile. Correct categories, a full list of services, real photos, accurate hours and service area. Most profiles I see are half-built.
- Citations and reviews. Your name, address and phone have to match everywhere they appear online, so Google trusts you. Then a simple system that gets happy customers to leave reviews.
- Local keywords. Your profile and website have to say what you do and where, in the words customers actually type: "water heater repair Rockville," not just "services."

But how many calls you get also depends on your market, your reviews and how you answer the phone, so I won't promise you a number I can't control.
